For optimal results with injury prevention at the helm, it is essential that we first schedule a consultation to determine your physical and cardiovascular fitness. We’ll further discuss your goals and medical history, and administer a proper fitness assessment.

Includes:

  • Movement Screening

  • Full Assessment including Workout/Exercises (strength, flexibility, mobility work)

  • Modified VO2 SubMax Cardio Test

  • Duration 60-90 minutes

  • $20 fee subtracted from the purchase of a training package

Nutrition Consultation

Planning and assisting in guiding clients toward good dietary habits to promote better health and decrease risk of disease. Using guidelines to advocate better eating habits, healthy metabolism, good immune response, and healthy body weight as it pertains to each individual’s lifestyle.

Includes:

  • Comprehensive Health and Nutrition Assessment

  • Information about food preferences, intolerances, and allergies

  • Dietary history (Lifestyle, relationship with food, food intake)

  • Medical and family history surrounding foodborne illness

  • $20 Fee subtracted from the purchase of a training package
