PERSONAL TRAINING

With in-home training, high-quality personal training comes to you. Train in the privacy and comfort of your own home without the requirement of a gym membership or additional fees. Most equipment is supplied, while some equipment, adequate space to move, and a desire to put in the work to reach your goals are all you will need. RDT personal training services at a private facility will require an extra space rental fee.

  • Train for improvements in fundamental movement and foundational strength, rehabilitate injuries, and/or identify and address any corrective imbalances that can limit your training.

  • Train for a leaner physique, advanced strength, and hypertrophy, or for an upcoming special event.

  • Minimum 2 Month Commitment

    Train up to 5x per week, targeting and transforming problem areas. Learn how to prevent injury and get more out of your workout. Stay healthy pre-baby and get your body back after delivery.*

    Includes training program with weekly review and adjustments as needed, Nutrition Counseling with access to The Results Driven Trainer Food Logging App, and phone/email support.**

    *Doctor’s clearance letter is required for postnatal clientele.

    **Serious inquiries only. Price based on 4x/week training. Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions and will not be reimbursed for weeks with fewer training sessions.

TRAINING

All programs are built according to your specific fitness skill level and goals set. This is important based on multiple factors, including frequency (sessions per week), time between sessions (rest days), exercises included, training volume (exercises, sets, reps), rest intervals, weight specific load, progressions (changes over time).

Train From
Home

Supervised Personal Training from the comfort of your own home, with your privacy and isolation in mind. Requires Facetime, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or an approved virtual platform.

Train During Travel

On the go for frequent business trips or vacation travels? RDT still operates with time-zone-friendly schedule flexibility while helping you adapt to equipment and surroundings.
